• Enhanced session invitations, so there is now only one type of invitation link sent from a session.
• Added registration capabilities for Guest users invited via email, allowing them to access their sessions using a login.
  • This change gives Guest Users invited by email the ability to register their account and set up login credentials for the tenants they have been invited to. Once they establish an email and password they will be able to log in using the web or mobile app and access all the sessions they have been invited to in a consolidated location. 
  • This change eliminates the need for guests invited via email to locate their original invitation link to access the sessions they have been invited to.
• Added new “Guest” user role. In addition to adding guests to a tenant via session invitations, Tenant Admins can add guests from the Users page. Guests can: 
• Access Sessions they have been invited to 
• View Published Forms 
• Be assigned ownership of a session 
• Guests cannot create sessions 
• Guests cannot create forms

Note: Once this change is implemented, all previous invitation URLs will become invalid. Users will be able to access all past sessions using the Sign In With Phone or Sign In With Email options. Session owners can also resend invitations as needed. Please see the instructions below for a reminder on how to sign in to the app using your email or phone number.
