- Natural Language Processing for Artificial Intelligence*
- Added the ability to add Natural Language Processing (NLP) at the form and questions level. This NLP facilitates Artificial Intelligence (AI) in understanding the intent of each question, empowering AI models to recognize objects, approve/reject, or provide an answer to a form question
- Helpful in customizing a more precise AI analysis to users with unique use cases and problems.
- Helps generate faster AI responses and access to more unique AI models
- Share (Publish) Forms to Another Tenant*
- This additional form feature allows the ability to share (publish) a form from one tenant to another
- Useful for admins who wish to share a form or multiple forms to customer or contractor tenants
- Detach Forms (Button)
- Added a new button to allow users to detach both published and unpublished forms from within a session.
- This feature is helpful for users utilizing smart (conditional) forms to attach additional forms to a session. Users can now detach that unpublished form from the session if a form is attached via a smart form conditional answer by mistake.
- Relocated form action buttons (edit, copy, publish/unpublish, and delete) to a new submenu within each form thumbnail (on the Forms page)
- Locked the form search window to the page so users can search and scroll simultaneously when attaching or detaching forms from a session
