Talon App Update 01.22.21

• Added the ability to disable the “Switch to the attached form” pop-up in tenants utilizing the attach form condition
• Added the ability to send an email alert when an IoT temperature device is used before answering health screening questions (COVID-19 use case)
• Fixed bug causing some users to experience upload limitations 
• General bug fixes
